John DeSpain | Founder
After more than 35 years experience as a lender to homebuilders across the United States, John co-founded Starwood Homes in 2006 with his son Brad. Their mission was to build a custom residential homebuilding company delivering high quality custom homes in the Houston Metro Area. 15 years later, they have successfully achieved their vision and the company is poised to expand and reach new heights in homebuilding excellence.
James Jackson | Partner
As a current professional real estate inspector with 20+ years of residential construction experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge to the home building field. His mission is to provide quality project management services that are tailored toward his client’s needs. As United States Marine Corp veteran he prides himself on structure, loyalty and commitment to delivering a high quality experience.
